Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our business, such as payment processors and hosting providers, under strict confidentiality agreements.

Practice Recordings & Deletion

If you enable practice recording, CameraReady may store session media (audio/video) and related metadata needed to operate the product (for example, share tokens and storage paths).

When you delete your CameraReady account:

• Attributed recordings. Practice recordings we can link to your signed-in account are deleted immediately (database rows and storage objects). There is no grace period or post-deletion retention window for that media.
• Unlinked recordings. Account deletion does not remove practice media that was never linked to your account (for example, sessions started without signing in). Those sessions cannot be deleted individually through account deletion. We do not run IP- or device-based deletion.

California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA; EU/UK residents may have rights under GDPR (access, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection), subject to applicable exceptions.
