End User License Agreement

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Kehl Group LLC ("CameraReady," "we," "us") and governs your use of the CameraReady mobile app and related services at cameraready.ai. By tapping Agree, checking the acceptance box, or otherwise indicating acceptance, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use CameraReady.

CameraReady is for users 13 years of age or older. By accepting, you represent that you are at least 13. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to this Agreement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

You represent that you are not located in a country embargoed by the United States and are not on a U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

2. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CameraReady to practice media interviews, review your scores, and use features we make available to your account, solely for your own training. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or resell the app or its content except as allowed by law. Your use must also follow Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If this Agreement is less restrictive than Apple's license on a given point, Apple's terms control for that point.

3. The service

CameraReady is an AI-powered interview practice tool. Sessions, scores, and feedback are for training. They are not legal, PR, or employment advice, and they are not a certification that you are prepared for a live interview. AI output can be imperfect. You are responsible for how you use what you practice here.

4. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse

CameraReady has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not use shared scorecards, challenge links, recordings, messages, or any other feature to create, share, or solicit content that is illegal, pornographic, sexually exploitative (including of minors), harassing, threatening, hateful, defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable. You may not abuse, harass, stalk, or intimidate others. We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report conduct to authorities when legally required. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material. If we obtain actual knowledge of apparent CSAM, we will preserve records as required by law and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other authorities as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.

5. Your account

You must provide accurate information if you sign in with email. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account in Settings (mobile) or by emailing hello@cameraready.ai. App Store subscriptions must be cancelled in Apple Settings. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

6. Recordings and sharing

You retain ownership of recordings and other content you create. You grant Kehl Group LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process (including for AI scoring and feedback), transmit, and display that content as needed to operate CameraReady, including when you share a link. This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except for copies that remain in backups for a limited time or that we must keep by law.

If you enable practice recording, you are responsible for that media and for anyone you share a scorecard or recording link with. Shared links can be opened by anyone who has the URL. Do not share another person's personal information without a lawful basis to do so.

7. Subscriptions

CameraReady Pro is sold as an auto-renewing in-app subscription. Apple charges you through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew until you cancel in Apple Settings → Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Deleting your CameraReady account does not cancel an App Store subscription. The price and period are shown in the app before you buy. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's terms, except where consumer law requires us to do more.

8. Apple App Store

This Agreement is between you and Kehl Group LLC only, not Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Kehl Group LLC, not Apple, is responsible for CameraReady and for addressing claims, warranties, maintenance, support, and intellectual-property claims relating to it, including product-liability claims, claims that CameraReady fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer-protection or privacy law. Apple has no warranty obligation and is not responsible for those claims. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it against you.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

CameraReady is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kehl Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct, or (where those rules apply) for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Termination and changes

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach this Agreement. We may update this Agreement by posting a new version and requiring a new acceptance in the app. Continued use after you accept a new version means you agree to that version. The then-current version is at cameraready.ai/eula.

11. Governing law

The laws of the State of California, USA, govern this Agreement, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in a place that does not allow this choice of law, mandatory local consumer protections still apply.
